Short description of the technological part for making of
"Choko - biscuit".
In the mixer of the machine for chocoliting there is melted
and heated milk chocolate. The stereotypes are filled with
milk chocolate, then are turned on a shake off from the machine
for chocolating, so that are on them there is a slight layer
from chocolate. In the recesses of the stereotype the biscuits
are put, and then the stereotypes are put on the strip of
the tunnel for colding. After going out of the tunnel, the
stereotypes are chocolating again with chocolate. They are
put again on the strip from the tunnel for colding. After
colding (getting out from the tunnel) they are put out of
the stereotypes and are packed in wrapping material.
