Short description of the technologic part for making the chocolated
(covered) products:
In the mixer of the mashine for chocolating it is put chocolate
for cooking, made in the section for cream. The chocolate
is melt, and then it is heated under the temperature measure.
Instead of shaking off, on the machine for chocolating the
net for chocolating is put, and it is added to the strip from
the tunnel for colding. The chocolate with the help of the
special part is directed to flow vertically on the net in
the kind of a "chocolate curtain". The products
are put on the net that is mobile and the same are bring through
the "chocolate curtain", when there are a chocolate
layer put on them, whose tightness is regulated with the speed
of the air that is blown through the net with a special part.
In that way the surplus chocolate is put out from the products.
From the net, the products directly cross through the strip
from the tunnel for colding. After getting out from the tunnel
they are packed.
The products "Multibueno" and "Choco - banana"
are the waffles filled with cream (the cream is dozed with
the aparat for dozing of the filling cream), and after are
chocolated under the process given above
