Ingredients contents:
Sugar, plants oil, cocoa in talk, milk in talk, cocoa mass,
lecithin, natural identical aromas.
Short description of the technological part for the making
of: "Chocolate for cooking" (black and white), "Milk
chocolate".
The chocolate mixtures for these products are prepared in
the "section for creme" under the similar technological
part as for the product "Multicrem". From the mixers
for homogenization they are poured out in the containers and
serve as ingredients in "section for chocolating",
where their forming in the loving form is made.
In the mixer of the machine for chocolating the chocolate
mixture is put (chocolate for cooking - black, chocolate for
cooking - white, milk chocolate) and first the melting of
the mixture is made at the determined temperature and in the
determined time. Then the heating of the mixture is made.
After these processes are made, the chocolate mixture is pouring
out into stereotypes (to get the loving form and net-mass)
and are put into the strip from the tunnel for codling. After
the colding of the stereotypes filled with the chocolate mixture
(after going out from the tunnel for colding) at the determined
temperature, the cold chocolate is put into the stereotypes
and its packing is made.
