Ingredients contents:
Sugar, plants oils, milk in talk, material in talk, cocoa
in talk, hazelnut, lecithin, natural identical aromas.
Short description of the technologic part in making the "Multicream".
As the first phase in the technologic part is the preparing
of the ingredients, that are put in special container for
preparing. In that container, the ingredients are mixed for
some time, then are put into two mixers for homogenization
(a mixer for milk cream and mixer for chocolate cream), where
at the limited temperature and some time, the homogenization
is made, and that means the making small pieces of the ingredients
with the help of the squares that are find in the mixers.
After finishing of the homogenization, and the mixing in the
mixers for homogenization, the final cream is put into the
doubles (a doubler for milk cream and a doubler for chocolate
cream), where the gathering of bigger quantities of cream
is made. The gathering in the "doublers" is made
on the determined temperature and with continuous mixing of
the cream in the doubler. From the doublers, the cream is
put into so called "dosages", where the dosage is
made in wrapping material (200, 450, 900 and 2500 g).
