Sugar, plants oil, cocoa in talk, milk in talk, material in
talk, lecitin, natural identical aromas.
Short description of the technologic part for making the "Filled
chocolate".
As a first phase is the preparing of the cream for filling,
that is made in the section for cream with similar part as
the products "Multicream", precisely chocolate mixtures.
Cream for the filling is put out from the mixer for homogenization
and is put into the aparat for dozing the filling cream. The
cream is hold in the constant temperature. In the mixer of
the machine for chocolating there is melt and heated milk
chocolate. The stereotypes are filled with milk chocolate,
and then are turned out on the shake off from the machine
for chocolating, so on the stereotypes there is a light layer
of chocolate (upper part). The stereotypes are filled through
the tunnel for colding, and after their getting out from the
tunnel the same are filled with cream with the help of the
aparat for dozing of the filling cream. The stereotypes are
then filled out with chocolate on the machine for chocolating
and are put on the strip from the tunnel for colding. After
colding on the determined temperature, the filled chocolate
is put out from the stereotypes and is packed in the wrapping
material.
